No path I've ever taken has been traditional. I started modeling at age 13, received my GED at 16, and then, after over 15 years as a model, I went back to school to get my degree in psychology from Columbia University, graduating Summa Cum Laude at the age of 33. I've since earned my personal training certification through NASM and have found my happy place at the intersection of physical and mental health. I love to share how operating from a place of gratitude has truly changed my life and how tiny tweaks can make the biggest difference. It's not about being the best - it's about being the best version of you.
